DRUG & ALCOHOL
• Strictly prohibiting employees to carry out duties whilst impaired by
alcohol or any illegal or non‐prescribed drug;

OPEN REPORTING
• Ensuring and promoting a free and anonymous reporting by all
employees on any concerns or issues of non‐compliance with rules &
regulations or the Company’s Policies;
• Ensuring that any concerns submitted via the open reporting will be
investigated and followed up;
• Prohibiting any retaliation against employees who report non‐
compliances;
• Enforcing disciplinary action and/or dismissing any employee that
fails to notify any violation of the Company’s Policies and/or rules &
regulations.
